Dewanchand Ramsaran Industries Pvt Ltd. (DRIPL) was established in the year 1985 under the Companies Act of India and is among the leading names in the Oil and Gas drilling industry. The Company is a part of the reputed Dewanchand Group, founded in 1939, one of the largest operators of Cranes and Top Lifters in India in the private sector. The group also owns several successful businesses including Heavy Transportation, Project Transportation, Port Handling Equipments and Real Estate etc.
- DRIPL specializes in providing Oil & Gas upstream solutions, like Drilling and Workover Operations with Rigs ranging from 550 HP to 2000 HP.
- DRIPL also provides Directional Drilling Services and Stimulation Services on land as well as offshore. In addition the company provides Integrated Drilling Services (includes services like MWD, SDMM, logging, cementing and well completions).
- Currently, the company has 4 Nos. Mobile Drilling / Work over Rigs operating with ONGC in the Eastern Region, Assam, India and 5 Nos. 1500 -2000 HP Deep Drilling Rigs operating in the Western Region, Gujarat, India with private operators like OILEX, HERMAK, SELAN, PRIZE PETROLEUM, GSPC, etc.
- In Sultanate of Oman, DRIPL is presently implementing a 5 year contract with Petroleum Development of Oman L.L.C (presently operated by SHELL) to provide Workover services with 2 Nos. Drilling / Workover Rigs 550 – 1000 HP in the PDO Block 3 located at Bhadja and Rima fields.

- DRIPL overseas its worldwide operations from its headquarters in Mumbai – India that houses Management, Quality Assurance, Business Development, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance and related field services.
